On Wednesday, March 22nd, at 11pm Eastern, 8pm Pacific, Actors and father/daughter duo Shree and Greg Crooks join Brett and Mike for ‘Conversations’ Episode 77!
Shree Crooks is an American television and film actress. She began her career doing commercials, including the beautiful 2012 Olympic spot for Proctor and Gamble, “Best Job”, directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu. She was also featured in a commercial for the Google Tablet when it was first being released.
Her big break was getting cast in “Captain Fantastic”, written and directed by Matt Ross, and starring Viggo Mortensen. For this performance she was nominated for a Screen Actors Award and brought to Cannes and Sundance Film Festival. She has had reoccurring roles on Ray Donovan (Season Three) and American Horror Story: Hotel. She currently has two movies that will be out sometime this year or next.
Shree is the lead and title character in a Blumhouse film titled, “Stephanie”, and plays a young Maureen in Brie Larson’s future flick, “Glass Castle”. Most recently, Shree was in Sweden filming the title role in a short of Hans Christian Andersen’s, “Little Match Girl”.
Shree enjoys hiking, biking, reading, walking to the mall with friends, and going to the spa with her mom. She’ll still endure making videos with her dad, which they’ve been doing since she was a baby. Their most successful video to date is called, “dope dad/cool kid” and can be found on YouTube.
Shree can play the violin and guitar, and is an aspiring singer-songwriter. She is also an artist. Shree is almost 12 years old and is getting pimples and argues with her parents more than she used to.
Greg Crooks is the funniest guy that he’s ever met. He’s pretty moody and has a bad temper. He sometimes skips too many days between showers. Greg is an actor, writer, and singer. He also dabbles in making short videos and posting them on YouTube.
Here’s an EXCLUSIVE look at their latest video, “The Interview”:
